Route & shore visits
Which towns would you like to see, and how much time do you want ashore? We choose the routes with that in mind.
Cruise advice · River cruises
River cruises,
the banks in view.
On a river ship you stay close to the landscape and the towns. We plan river cruises with Phoenix Reisen with you in person in Pößneck.
Chosen with you
A smaller ship,
a calmer pace
A river ship is smaller than an ocean liner. It often moors in the middle of town, and from the deck you watch the banks drift by. With us you will find river cruises by Phoenix Reisen.
We talk together about which route and dates suit you. We compare ship, cabin and travel to the start and check what the price includes. Your enquiry is non-binding and not yet a booking.

A cruise that suits you.
Cabin & deck
On a river, the view outside matters. We look with you at which deck your cabin is on and how it is furnished.
Getting there
We work out with you where the cruise begins and how you get there. We check for your dates whether the tour operator offers travel to the ship.

Questions about river cruises
Route, cabin and travel to the ship belong together. We look at them for your dates.
How is a river cruise different from an ocean cruise?
The ship is smaller and sails on a river instead of the open sea. You are closer to the banks and often moor right in town. We are happy to talk about which way of travelling suits you better.
Which river cruises can you book?
We advise you on river cruises with Phoenix Reisen. We check route, dates and availability for you before you book.
How do I get to the ship?
That depends on where your cruise begins. We check with you whether the tour operator offers travel to the ship for your dates. We do not run transfers ourselves.
Can I get advice by phone?
Yes, on 03647 / 505610. You can also send us an e-mail or your travel wishes online. Enquire about a river cruise.
